A power point is not enough. You should at least have a working prototype.
You are encouraged to raise funds from other investors. In fact most of the times we co-invest with other funds and/or angel investors.
Very early stage teams are encouraged to do so. However if we fall in love with your venture and for some reason it is not convenient for you to use our services, we can incubate you remotely or just be your angel investor.
Once a year we launch a call for proposals which is live for about a month. During this period we actively seek for new ventures. If you miss the deadline you may still propose and you will be considered, however our response will not be that fast.
